a day off

I am taking a day off today..something I never do. I work 7 days a week. Today I am staying in and cleaning and painting and thinking. No brooklyn, no glass, no running around..me and my thoughts and my music. let the world go to hell. There are times when you have to be your own friend, let yourself relax. just be.
