the headache

When I get up at 5:30 (which is about 3 or 4 days a week) I wind up with a headache all day long. Not sure why. It isnt a tired headache, I m not tired,  it is just a headache. If I get up at 7AM I dont have a headache. Not sure why. So many questions and so little answers.
