I have decided today that I am training for a triathlon. I ran ten miles this morning in central park and my body felt horrible. And decided it is time to get my health back together. Winter always beats up the soul and I hide in my wine and live on cheeseburgers and redbull and stress. Habits are what make your life and if you change your habits you change your life. I will miss my vino.
