Bernie Madoff's alleged $50 billion Ponzi scheme has been good news for at least one businessman.
Upper East Side pop artist Alex Gardega, who created a "Bernie in Hell" hot sauce, reports his product has been selling, like, well, hotcakes.
Some Wall Streeters, like Arthur Salomon, scion of the famous bond house, Gardega said, are buying the product by the case to hand out as gags and gifts.
He'd intended to sell only a limited edition of 2,500 bottles as collectibles, but now is says he's getting swamped by demand for $10 sauce on his Web site www.texasketchup.net.
