I slept 5 hours which is about 4 hours too many for an artist. One hour visual meditation this morning and my day starts to roll at 5:57. I am heading into brooklyn and NYC to get some things handled. Too many days in art studio and master alex start to lose his mind and pace like monkey. Change is my favorite constant, that and the speed of post office ringing me checks--which is less constant.
