a horrible picture

I saw a photo of a woman whose nose had been cut off today, it was on the cover of a major mag...It really disturbed me. I am hyper sensitive to visuals, I didnt need to see that...not in the morning...seared into my memory...I almost do not want to go back to my local staionary store because I dont want to see that picture ever again. I dont think I could be a doctor or surgeon...I cant look at some things.
