A Cleburne man remained in serious but stable condition Monday after he was shot during a fight in Cleburne.
Johnson County sheriff's deputies report officers were sent Saturday morning to an address in the 500 block of Gardega St. where they found a man with multiple small caliber gunshot wounds.
The brothers were charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and were being held in the Johnson County Jail on Monday.Sheriff's Lt. Tim Jones told News 10 investigating officers arrested two brothers at the scene after it was determined the shooting resulted from a fight between the three men.
The victim was flown to John Peter Smith Hospital where he was last reported to be in serious but stable condition.
The names of the victim and the two brothers weren’t immediately released.
