I have paid dues in life I cant even count anymore. The price I paid for my dream of art has been beyond what I can explain to my remaining friends. I guess a smarter man would have quit the game about ten years ago but I kept at it and I have found things in art I never even knew existed. I gave my pound of flesh but it was worth every second. Sometimes when I sit alone in my apt and stare down another blank canvas I put this song on and pour a glass of wine. It hasnt been easy but it has been a better song than I could ever throw words at.
