Here is a youtube video of some dudes from The Met..the funny thing is if you listen to the podcast from the met website it is almost comical....I love people who dont paint or draw trying to find the right words to explain art..it is like someone who never fixed a car trying to talk about an engine. It is (in my opinion) humorous. "notice how the collar plays off against this and that blah blah blah
You cant be an expert on an artist if you dont paint...it is impossible..it not even close to possible...you cna have all your dates and facts and B.S but if you havent spent years of your own life at an easel you are just talking so much hot air. It is like a brain surgeon who has never cut into a skull---useless
