Palette art

Often when I am working on a project (like my mural) I will take a break and look at my palette and do a little game. I try to make a painting out of what is on my palette...this is like the ink blot test..I often use paper palettes on commercial jobs, they are great for this. Often my images are very dark, I dont know why, I guess we all have a darkside, a jungian shadow. I painted this the other day. It is 3 inches high..there is some really cool gold on him that didnt scan well but it looks good on original.
