Central Park Watercolor by Gardega
I saw these two women in fur coats and umbrellas walking up towards The Met. It was the tail end of a big snowstorm. To the left is Central Park. I liked the way the reflected in the puddles in the sidewalk and I like to paint snow so it was a twofold reason I decided to paint this. I will next paint an oil version of this. The hardest thong with watercolor is not to over paint them. This one needed a lot of detail so that was a balancing act.

I was never a huge fan of collage as I thought it a place for people who cannot draw but liked to use scissors and glue. As time went on...
Beautiful!!!! Sat down here on the ues and took a double take at the guy next to me. Had to see what you were up to!!!
