tasers

I just read today that cops tased a ten year old girl. I found out there is no minimum age at which a cop will tase a youth. How about 4 is that too young ? three? two? this country has lost all reason. How can a cop tase a child? they should have IQ tests for cops--that is where there should be minimums . If you are dumb you cannot be a cop much less put other peoples lives in danger--just my two cents. Tasers do kill people..
