I painted this today for my friend's restaurant. I have painted numerous variations of this woman. I do not get bored painting certain things as it is different each time. I found the canvas and the frame on the street as someone was throwing out a painting. I like to salvage old canvas and frames from the street and make them into something worth keeping. I guess this is rather green of me but I dont do it for environmental reasons.
