I read a story today in the Daily News about an artist who won $250,000 for a 19 foot painting of an ocean wave. It was a great piece of hyper- real art. (It took him 9 months to paint.) I then began to think about modern art and how it is much easier to be a "modern artist" and not have to have drawing skills and you don't need to suffer through the labor pains of creation. I think it is better to be a MODERNIST. I have joined "The Modernists" and created my first "blank canvas"--a true work of Gardega Genius..This is number one entitled "Fall of the Republic" Signature is on front and title is on back. The price is 100 dollars which is cheap because I am famous and I signed it. I am only doing 1,000 in this series . Genius shouldn't have to suffer and work so hard. Genius should drink daiquiris on Spanish Beaches. Thinking up titles is hard and my first title has the true perfect- pitch ring of brilliance."This idea will soon be in the media and I may raise price so I would get in early" B. Madoff.
