Here is a photo I found of monks celebrating the dali lamas birthday. They are having sweetend rice. Imagine the height of your food life is sweetened rice. Americans cant think in these terms. We dont understand such restraint in life..we have all you can eat buffets. We have eating contests. We have health problems and diabetes and obesity.
