update
I finished for the day, fifteen hours painting a ceiling standing on a step ladder. I usually get a second wind after 12 hours. It is so damn hard to paint a ceiling like this, looking up, craning neck. My new color on my palette is ben gay. Art requires extra miles, if you cant goe extra miles then art may not be the thing for you. The good thing about a long hard day is you sleep well.
